Wellness coaching is a personal and powerful relationship between the coach and the client. With weekly telephone sessions and unlimited email support, we will discuss your concerns and goals, identify the obstacles to achieving those goals, and work together to develop a plan to overcome the obstacles. The results will be lasting changes that will significantly improve your health and well-being. The first step in the coaching program is to create your wellness vision. As your coach, I will guide you through this process. We will build a foundation to support your vision with new behavioral goals that are specific and measurable.
