Wellness coaching is a personal and powerful relationship between the coach and the client. With weekly telephone sessions and unlimited email support, we will discuss your concerns and goals, identify the obstacles to achieving those goals, and work together to develop a plan to overcome the obstacles. The results will be lasting changes that will significantly improve your health and well-being.

The first step in the coaching program is to create your wellness vision. As your coach, I will guide you through this process. We will build a foundation to support your vision with new behavioral goals that are specific and measurable. The program begins with your willingness to look inside yourself and say:

  • I need this
  • I want this
  • I am worth it
  • I am open to change
  • I am ready to go the distance to get there.
The process takes time, patience and a positive outlook.  I will help you tap into your confidence and strengths.  I will do my best to:
  • bring out the best in you
  • help you realize your vision
  • help you reach the goals you've set for yourself
  • help you overcome the obstacles in your way

Coaching is meant to hone your skills and take you to a higher level of performance in your life. Professional athletes have coaches; why not you? Would you like to improve your personal game of health and wellness?

As your wellness coach, I will guide you and together we will design weekly plans to help you get where you want to be.
 
Coaching is based upon scientific principles of human behavior, but is not therapy.

We can work together for a short time or a longer time, depending on what your goals and needs are. There is no long-term commitment – we take it one day at a time, one week at a time and so on…
