  • "I'm a person who never liked gym class.  It just wasn't my style.  Since I began working with Risa, my whole attitude has changed.  My body has also changed.  I walk taller, have more confidence, and am looking more and more buff.  It's amazing to realize that I can out-run a 25-year old on a flight of stairs, and am able to do the Limbo (remember that dance?) with the youngest of them.  For the first time in my life, I'm actually reading up on health tips.  My eating habits are definitely different.  My focus is on eating lean protein, good quality carbohydrates, a reasonable amount of good fats, and overall moderation.  When I work out with Risa, I learn something new each time about the fun of being fit and the other benefits of physical training and a healthier life style.  I am physically stronger and feel great about my new body.  Classic Fitness from a classy lady!"
