I am working on a new book about what truly motivates women in their journey to reach their personal wellness goals. 

The book will talk about food, fitness, stress, family and single life, work, career, past and present experiences: all in all, what works and what doesn’t when we set out to achieve what we say we want so much and yet all too frequently don’t get.  Or do we?

Having had my own challenges balancing family, career, fitness, stress, weight management and overall how this all got me to where I am now, I want to write a book that will inspire women who live with these struggles day by day. 

A book written solely for women and about women - derived from true stories.
 

The book will be simple and direct. One that a woman will keep to read over and over again, when she thinks she simply can’t do it alone – because by reading it, she will not be alone.  It will be a gift given by girlfriends to girlfriends, mothers to daughters and perhaps, husbands to wives.
